Use this route when you are evaluating Aiso, planning an AI search project, or need help choosing the right plan. A useful first message includes your website, target countries, main competitors, and the decisions you want the data to support.
Customer, API and MCP support
Contact support for account access, project setup, API keys, rate limits, report responses, or the hosted MCP connector. Include the affected project ID and endpoint, but never email an API key or another credential. A request and response sample with secrets removed usually helps us diagnose the issue faster.
Privacy and security
Use the support address for data access, correction, export, or deletion requests. Security reports should identify the affected URL, describe the impact, and include safe reproduction steps. Do not send personal data, access tokens, or production secrets in the first message.
